Job summary

PEG Staffing & Recruiting seeks an experienced Engineered HVAC Sales professional to grow an Applied Products Group territory across Missouri, Kansas, and Southern Illinois. This role targets the commercial HVAC engineering and contractor community, focusing on design, bid, sale, installation, start-up, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical HVAC knowledge, experience with VRF/VRV, DOAS, and applied equipment, and the ability to drive specification-driven sales

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent field-based HVAC experience required.
• Experience selling to engineering communities (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV, DOAS, controls, and applied equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with engineering consulting firms, MEP firms, and contractors.
• Promote and bid commercial HVAC/APG equipment including VRF and DOAS.
• Assist engineers with equipment design, selection, and specification.
• Develop design and procurement documentation to support bids.
• Read and interpret mechanical plans, drawings, and specs.
