Job summary

Pivot Path Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior IT Systems Solutions Architect / Contract Manager to lead RMF and cybersecurity support for the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

The role combines technical leadership with daily contract performance duties, government coordination, and delivery of cybersecurity documentation and services, requiring an active Secret clearance and experience with Windows, Linux, and Apple environments.

Qualifications

• Current CISSP certification required.
• At least 10 years of RMF lifecycle reporting experience.
• At least 5 years in network expansion and cloud/enclaves.
• Deep knowledge of DoD RMF, security audits, risk assessments, DISA STIG, NIST SPs and FISMA.
• Experience as a Server or Network Administrator.
• Experience managing Windows, Linux, and Apple networks in unclassified and Secret environments.
• Active Secret clearance at bid submission and ability to maintain clearance.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to meet DoD/Army cybersecurity workforce requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF planning, execution, lifecycle reporting, and ATO activities.
• Guide system categorization, security-control selection, implementation, assessment, and authorization support.
• Provide architectural support for network expansion, cloud/enclave requirements, and migrations.
• Review proposed hardware and software changes for security, performance, and interoperability.
• Oversee configuration-management reviews, security audits, risk assessments, DISA STIG compliance, POA&Ms, and vulnerability-management activities.
• Manage daily contract delivery, coordinate with Government stakeholders, and ensure accurate documentation.
