BG Staffing is seeking a motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily community in Marysville, OH. The role focuses on unit punches and apartment turns, helping prepare units quickly and efficiently for new residents.

You will perform punch list items, painting touch-ups, drywall patching, basic plumbing, light electrical work, and appliance checks. The position is full-time, contract/temporary with day shifts, offering steady assignments and reliable pay.

Formación

• General maintenance or labor experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Strong attention to detail for unit readiness.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Complete punch list items to ensure units meet quality standards.
• Assist with apartment turns, including painting touch-ups or full unit paint, drywall repair and patching, basic plumbing, light electrical work, and appliance checks.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to meet turnover deadlines.
