Qualifications

• Knowledge of knock down and orange peel textures is a plus.

• Maintain and manage materials and supplies for campus needs.
• Perform interior painting of walls, doors, frames, baseboards, ceilings and related repairs.

About The Role

Apartment Turnover Painter is responsible for completing painting projects and paint repairs throughout the community, including apartment unit turnarounds, to ensure units are move-in ready and meet established quality standards. This hands-on position performs maintenance painting of walls, doors, door frames, baseboards, ceilings, floors, and other surfaces, including repairs, texture matching, refinishing, and related touch-up work. The role requires performing interior duties while maintaining a safe work environment and delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.

• Completes all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information.
• Assists in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.

• Possess 1 year experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building construction or painting preferred.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired.
• Have knowledge of knock down and orange peel techniques.

Salary

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience.
