The Village at Gainesville is seeking a Painter to maintain and improve common areas and resident rooms within our Gainesville, Florida community. You will perform painting, wallpapering, and minor repairs, reporting to the Facilities Manager and Transitions Supervisor.
Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of commercial painting experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and general building maintenance knowledge.
