Job summary

Freedom Village Bradenton is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of independent living apartments, common areas, and health center as applicable.

You will perform vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting, and ensure spaces are neat and safe under supervisor priorities. We offer a full-time day schedule with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour and a supportive team environment serving older adults.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position required.
• Proficiency in English to read, write, and understand simple instructions and communications.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments, such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all flat surfaces.
• Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
