Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Service Technician to repair and maintain apartment units and property facilities in Bradenton, FL. You will diagnose and repair electrical appliances, plumbing, and carpentry tasks while supporting Make Ready/Punch-Outs for new residents.

You must have your own tools and 1–2 years of handyman or apartment maintenance experience, with strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have own tools and 1–2 years handyman or apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience repairing electrical appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, icemakers, and microwaves.
• Proficient in handyman tasks, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to complete residential work orders in a timely, efficient manner.
• Reliable, dependable and committed to exceptional service.
• Able to work well in a team and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets and light fixtures.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, and lock repair or replacement as needed.
• Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units for new residents.

Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of apartment units and property facilities. Your primary duties will include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry tasks, and assisting with grounds maintenance. Additionally, you will complete residential work orders for property residents, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. You'll work closely with our maintenance team to keep our properties in excellent condition and exceed resident expectations.
