Job summary

The Management Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations and deliver five-star service in a role that offers stability, challenge, and growth.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, leasing performance, and resident relations while mentoring a small team and driving occupancy. Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus, and you will ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of property management systems (AppFolio experience a plus).
• Customer-first mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
