Join our growing Maintenance Team as a full-time "Summer" (Seasonal) Porter at Larkin Village in Joliet, IL!

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time seasonal Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our "Summer" team!

Position: Porter

Location: Larking Village, our 476-unit multi-family residential community Joliet, IL 60435.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break daily. Total of 40 hours per week. This seasonal position is open from approximately May 1, 2025 through approximately August 31, 2025.

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents

Qualifications:

• Education

• Experience
• 1-3 months of related experience preferred
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skills & Certifications:
