The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, some related experience, and the ability to follow directions, manage time well, and maintain safety standards on site.

Responsabilidades

• Clean vacant units and common areas on a defined schedule.
• Maintain office, restrooms, laundry rooms, and model apartments.
• Care for exterior areas including driveways, parking lots, and curbs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors and assist with inventory control.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
