Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas (hallways, lobbies, breezeways, recreation spaces).
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting).
• Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas.
• Keep outdoor areas clean, pick up litter, water plants, maintain walkways.
• Assist with light maintenance (change bulbs, replace air filters, report repairs).
• Support residents with courteous assistance (carrying packages or furniture).
• Monitor for safety hazards and report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to support operations.
