INDHP123 is seeking a Maintenance Technician with painting and drywall experience to prepare apartments for new residents. Responsibilities include painting walls, caulking, repairing tile, patching drywall, and assisting in light maintenance across the property.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in apartments or residential settings.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English for business purposes.
• Ability to read and write instructions, memos, and service requests.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Paint vacant apartment units: walls, trim, doors, ceilings, and cabinets.
• Caulk around sinks, tubs, and cabinets in vacant/occupied units as needed.
• Repair/replace floor tile and patch walls or ceilings as required.
• Complete work orders related to painting, caulking, or grouting.
• Paint interior clubhouse, offices, models, and common areas as needed.
• Hang sheetrock and patch holes in walls or ceilings.
• Assist Maintenance Technician with work orders and daily duties.
• Deposit ice-melt and shovel snow during inclement weather.
• Complete all job-related tasks assigned by Property Manager.
