Job summary

Morganton Management & Development, LLC is seeking an Experienced Community Manager for a 135-unit apartment community. You will work closely with leadership, contractors, and team members to ensure high-quality resident experiences.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years' experience in multi-family rental, is personable, punctual, and professional, and will oversee marketing, leasing, and resident events while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Market the apartment community and build relationships
• Develop and execute marketing and social media plans
• Manage leasing duties including tours and applications
• Plan and host resident events
• Track expenses to align with budget
• Perform physical tasks as needed (standing, lifting, bending)
• Maintain resident database, accounts receivable/payable
• Maintain professional, friendly, and respectful attitude

We are looking to hire an Experienced Community Manager for a 135-unit apartment community.

Our experienced Manager will have experience with a minimum of two years' experience, will work closely with the Vice President, Regional Manager, contractors, and more. You are expected to be dedicated, punctual, knowledgeable in multi-family rental, friendly, and professional.

Responsibilities:

• Market your apartment community. Build relationships.
• Work on marketing to execute and create marketing and social media plans.
• Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork.
• Plan, schedule, and host resident events.
• Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations.
• Standing, lifting, bending.
• Maintain the resident database, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• A professional, happy, trusting, and respectful attitude is a must.
