Job summary

Morganton Management & Development, LLC is seeking an Experienced Community Manager for a 135-unit apartment community. You will oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations while coordinating with leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of multi-family rental experience, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage budgets, events, and administrative tasks.

• Market the apartment community. Build relationships.
• Work on marketing to execute and create marketing and social media plans.
• Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork.
• Plan, schedule, and host resident events.
• Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations.
• Standing, lifting, bending.
• Maintain the resident database, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• A professional, happy, trusting, and respectful attitude is a must.

We are looking to hire an Experienced Community Manager for a 135-unit apartment community.

Our experienced Manager will have experience with a minimum of two years' experience, will work closely with the Vice President, Regional Manager, contractors, and more. You are expected to be dedicated, punctual, knowledgeable in multi-family rental, friendly, and professional.
