Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.

• Excellent communication and resident/customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs general painting, drywall repair, and carpentry tasks.
• Inspects and repairs plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and windows coverings.
• Performs preventative maintenance and on-site repairs.
• Handles cleaning and trash-out tasks at properties.
• Assists in grounds maintenance and general property upkeep.
• Remedies issues to refurbish residences prior to occupancy.
• On-call for emergency maintenance situations.
