Qualifications

• Six (6) months of maintenance or related experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or general labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to keep apartment homes and property facilities in good working order.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for move-in (painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, basic maintenance).
