Qualifications

• Prior apartment make ready experience REQUIRED.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs, dependable, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and restore vacant apartments for new resident move-ins.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Inspect locks and perform minor repairs as needed.
