Algarita Lakeside is seeking Make Ready Technicians for our Apartment Communities in San Antonio, TX. You will prepare vacant apartments for market ready status, perform light maintenance, and keep grounds clean while delivering excellent resident service.

Requirements include 1+ year of make-ready/grounds maintenance experience, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents

• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with apartment make-readies, grounds maintenance, and handling basic maintenance requests.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
