Revised Personnel is seeking an Apartment Make-Ready Technician at a local apartment community. This temp-to-perm role offers the chance to join a growing property management team and grow with the company.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with potential for permanent hire based on performance. Responsibilities include preparing units for new tenants, painting and basic repairs, trash removal, and assisting with maintenance and grounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have your own basic tools.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
