Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality across markets. The role involves diagnosing issues, completing work orders, making repairs, and supporting make-ready processes for new move-ins.

You will follow safety policies, manage inventory, document work, and collaborate with property teams to control costs while delivering reliable maintenance services.

• Experience in property maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacants for leasing and conducts pre-move-out inspections.
• Manages materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Completes documentation for service requests.
• Maintains grounds and common areas and performs cleaning tasks.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts when possible and using resources efficiently.
• Participates in safety meetings and adheres to OSHA requirements.
