Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to perform repairs and make-ready tasks for vacant apartment homes. You will caulk, seal, and repair as needed while ensuring units meet quality standards for leasing.

You will also assist with grounds, cleaning, and minor improvements, while following safety procedures and OSHA requirements. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with apartment maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Ability to perform repairs, painting, sealing, and basic carpentry.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and make-ready tasks for vacant apartments.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, and fixtures.
• Repair sheetrock and perform touch-up painting as directed.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and painting curbs and signage.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in safety trainings.
