You will work with Maintenance and Property Management to complete turns efficiently, maintaining craftsmanship, cleanliness, and attention to detail while adhering to safety policies. This full-time onsite role offers growth within the Maintenance career path and discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of painting, general maintenance, or related field experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment units for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming surfaces.
• Complete full-unit repaints and touch-ups to support make-ready and move-in schedules.
• Apply paint with a high-quality, professional finish while keeping areas clean and organized.
• Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met.
• Assist with unit turns and general maintenance while following safety policies.
