Job summary

Aptpartner is seeking a maintenance worker in Jacksonville, FL to service vacant apartment units. You will inspect units, perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, and handle touch-ups to ensure readiness for new tenants.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential as you coordinate priorities with property management and document all work completed for reporting and records.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
