Job summary

MAA Westchase in Charleston, SC is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant homes for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping and basic maintenance. You will ensure apartments are ready for new residents while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Six months of maintenance or related experience is required; outdoor work in varying weather conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Ensure empty apartment homes are fully prepared for future residents.
