Qualifications

• Incumbents must have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to perform cleaning and make-ready tasks in a busy leasing environment.
• Good safety awareness and ability to follow supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed.
• Ensures vacant homes and show units are market-ready and freshened throughout the day.
• Assists in the make-ready process with additional duties as requested.
• Informs supervisor of hazards or dangerous situations to residents and staff.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies re-order needs.
