Rochester Commons Apartments in Rochester, NY is hiring a Make Ready Tech to prepare vacant units, perform turnover repairs, and maintain common areas. The role requires attention to detail and can involve lifting up to 50 lbs.

You will work with the maintenance team to ensure timely readiness of apartments for new residents. Responsibilities include property grounds upkeep, trash removal, and providing excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.
