Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring an Apartment Service Technician for our 165-unit community in Anderson, SC. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, initiative, and delivering outstanding customer service to residents.

You will support maintenance with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, while meeting company standards and regulatory requirements. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call duties and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and office staff about repairs and updates.
