WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an Apartment Service Technician in Belcamp, MD. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, performing preventive maintenance, and preparing units for move-in for new residents.

Responsibilities include HVAC troubleshooting, drywall work, electrical repairs, appliance upkeep, plumbing, painting, and grounds safety. The position requires on-call availability evenings, weekends, and holidays, a valid driver’s license, and 3–5 years of site

Qualifications

• Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills required
• Must be available on-call for emergencies on evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and travel required,
• Able to troubleshoot minor electrical problems within various types of fixtures and equipment
• Required to work on ladders, lift to a height up to 85’

Apartment Service Technician
Location: Belcamp, MD
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, weekly rotating on call after hours
Starting Hourly Rate: $24 (Pay based on experience and certifications)+ Phone allowance
