Metropolitan Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Reserve at Cranberry Springs Apartment Community in Cranberry Township, PA. The role involves residential maintenance, apartment turns, grounds upkeep and responding to work orders to maximize resident satisfaction.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to travel between

• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel between properties as needed.

Responsabilités

• Residential maintenance repair and service to include apartment turns
• Maintain grounds and parking lot at assigned properties
• Complete general work orders for residents
• Perform maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, cement work, masonry and related systems
• Paint and repair apartments for turns and various maintenance tasks
• Follow safety regulations and standards at all times
• Follow MMG SOPs and policies/procedures
• Work in a professional, orderly and timely manner
• Provide high-quality customer service when interacting with residents
• Complete snow removal and seasonal property maintenance/cleanup
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
