Job summary

Metropolitan Management Group (MMG) seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Reserve at Cranberry Springs Apartment Community in Cranberry Township, PA. The role focuses on maintaining residential units and common areas to maximize resident satisfaction and retention, following detailed instructions for repairs and maintenance projects.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and communicate effectively with management.
• 1 year of prior related maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to travel to different properties as needed and lift 50 lbs.
• Trade school training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential maintenance and repair tasks, including apartment turns and general upkeep.
• Maintain grounds and parking areas at assigned properties.
• Process work orders for residents and ensure timely completion.
• Handle carpentry, painting, cement work, masonry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related systems as needed.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and follow MMG SOPs.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal property maintenance.
