Job summary

The Connor Group in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician to perform painting, repairs and prep work in apartment communities. Hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with an hour lunch and on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be okay with being on-call 1-2 weeks out of the month.
• Must be responsible and able to work independently.
• Committed to producing consistent, quality work.
• Must deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Paint and repair apartment units after a resident moves out.
• Prep apartment units prior to turn (trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring).
• Handle work orders including appliance repair, minor plumbing and electrical.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and buildings.
• Perform valet trash services and cosmetic upgrades to cabinets and appliances.
