TIMMONS PROPERTIES INC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations and upkeep of West End Terrace Apartments in Nashville, TN. Location: 261 White Bridge Road, Nashville, TN 37209. Compensation: $25.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Immediate hire reporting to the Property Manager. Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, performing plumbing/electrical/ carpentry repairs, troubleshooting issues, keeping common

Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & repairs; complete work orders promptly.
• Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, minor carpentry).
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain common areas and building systems.
• Ensure property remains safe and operational.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and perform trash-outs.
• Identify and report hazards; follow safety policies.
• Work closely with management and onsite staff.
