We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician, with general residential technician skills to join the High Associates team for The Flatts at Kennett in Kennett Square, PA. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for the completion of technical building maintenance and emergency repairs as required by service requests submitted by all appropriate tenants and/or owners. They will also perform preventative maintenance assignments as scheduled.
This is a Full-Time opportunity with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Team members participate in a shared on-call rotation approximately every other week. On-call coverage may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional compensation is provided for on-call participation.
