Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for residential properties in Jonesboro, AR. You will respond to service requests, perform turnovers, and maintain common areas with a focus on quality and resident satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair, plus drywall, painting, flooring, and carpentry. A 1–3 year maintenance background is preferred, with a commitment to reliable, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Basic plumbing repair skills (toilets, faucets, disposals, drain clogs).
• Basic electrical repair skills (outlets, switches, light fixtures, GFCIs).
• Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Skilled in drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Paint and pick up grounds.
• Painting.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
