Job summary

Tarantino-Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the residential properties in Henderson, TX. You will handle routine repairs, perform turns and make-readies, and ensure apartments are market-ready while delivering outstanding resident service.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic plumbing/electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair skills. Competitive benefits accompany base pay and a potential commission structure.

Qualifications

1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred.
Experience with apartment turns and make-readies preferred.
Basic plumbing repair skills (toilets, faucets, disposals, drain clogs)
Basic electrical repair skills (outlets, switches, light fixtures, GFCIs)
Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred
Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves)
Skilled in drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general carpentry

Responsibilities

Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
Paint and pick up grounds
Painting
Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Provide residents with outstanding customer service
