Greystone Properties, Inc. is seeking a reliable Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to service residential and commercial properties across Los Angeles County.
The role emphasizes quality work, timely repairs, and strong customer service for residents and management. Responsibilities include completing work orders in AppFolio, plumbing and electrical repairs, drywall, painting, appliance troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner (AppFolio).
- Perform basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains, disposals).
- Perform basic electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures).
- Drywall repair, painting, and unit turnovers.
- Appliance troubleshooting and replacement.
- Preventive maintenance and property inspections.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management.
