You will handle maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare apartment homes for new residents. We’re looking for someone reliable, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Electrical & appliance repairs
• Drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Groundskeeping & snow removal
• On-call rotation for emergency maintenance

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years’ maintenance experience
• Strong plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills
• HVAC certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
• Availability for rotating on-call shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays)
