Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
• 1–3 years experience as a Maintenance Technician or related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance maintenance and snow removal.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments.
• Inspect premises and equipment regularly and fix basic issues.
• Report issues to maintenance manager promptly.
• Install appliances and equipment as needed.
• Inspect and troubleshoot ventilation, safety systems, and building systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues during renovations and projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, roofs, drains, and grounds equipment.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety guidelines.
