Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Onyx at Aksarben in Omaha, NE. The role involves diagnosing and performing major, minor and routine maintenance and repairs while delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have maintenance experience and can work independently, with knowledge of appliance repair, plumbing, electrical and related trades. On-site work, competitive hourly pay up to $22 with experience-based progression.

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Onyx at Aksarben apartment community in Omaha, NE. This is a Tax Credit property with 150 units. This position will pay up to $22.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
