Job summary

The Place at Oak Hills in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Service Technician to keep apartment homes market ready and functioning, with responsibilities spanning painting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks. You will assist in maintaining pools, logs, and preventive maintenance records while supporting a harmonious team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have safe maintenance practices.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, on-call.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure apartment homes are market ready and walked daily.
• Perform general maintenance including painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, HVAC.
• Clean and maintain pool, test chemicals, maintain logs.
• Perform light electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets.
• Inspect work for conformance to standards and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation for preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Be on-call nights and weekends as needed.
