• EPA Certification is required.
• Must have your own general tools and be able to pass a criminal background and drug screening.
• Ability to work on-call hours and be a team player.
• Proven dedication to exceeding customer needs with strong relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize and complete work and repair orders promptly.
• Keep the community clean and well maintained.
• Respond to residential service requests using troubleshooting skills in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare apartment homes for rent.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Manage material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work by outside contractors.
• Report unresolved maintenance issues to Management.
