Job summary

Required: EPA I & II or Universal license, valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of maintenance experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• EPA I & II or Universal Technician license preferred/possible sponsorship
• Valid driver’s license required
• 2+ years apartment maintenance experience; new construction preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and applicable acts
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
• Collaborate on preventive maintenance and curb appeal
