Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Riverstation, a 236‑unit apartment community in Dallas, TX. You will be responsible for keeping the property well-maintained and ensuring a great living experience for residents.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems; HVAC/EPA experience and a CPO certification are preferred. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend when called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
