Responsibilities

• Handle routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests
• Minor repair work such as fixing broken locks, painting, or replacing carpet or plank flooring
• Basic plumbing work, such as fixing leaky faucets

• Basic grounds keeping
• Cleaning of vacant units and general facilities
