Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and basic carpentry.
• Strong communication and resident service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee turnovers and inspections to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Maintain curb appeal with landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management team.
• participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Additional duties as required.
