The role includes performing unit turns, routine maintenance, and on-call emergency support while maintaining detailed records and following safety procedures. Strong teamwork and independent work ability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• A proactive and energetic approach to work.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, work in various weather conditions, and climb ladders or stairs.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems.
• Prepare apartments for new residents by completing unit turns, including painting, drywall repair, fixture installation, and general maintenance.
• Assist with emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and management.
