MAA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Huntsville to perform general maintenance and repairs across apartment homes and property facilities. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks while following a preventive maintenance schedule and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Requirements include 1–3 years in multifamily maintenance, EPA Type II or Universal certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days), and a valid state driver’s

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, and/or mechanical repair.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire or within 90 days of start date.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.

Responsabilités
