Qualifications

• 1 year in apartment or property maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions

What you'll be doing:

• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner
• Perform preventive maintenance on property equipment and systems
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of common areas
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies (if applicable)
• Collaborate with maintenance and management staff to ensure satisfaction

What we're looking for:

• +1 year in apartment or property maintenance
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation
