Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Center Plaza Apartments in Beaverton, OR. The role covers upkeep, repairs, and grounds maintenance for an 185-unit community with amenities such as a fitness center and playground.

The position requires 1 year in the Tech I role or 2 years of maintenance experience, with strong time management, safety, and bilingual skills preferred. Competitive benefits accompany the hourly wage of $24.00-$29.00/hr.

Qualifications

• 1 year in Maintenance Technician I or 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably property management.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English preferred.
• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Strong time management and the ability to follow instructions on a team or solo basis.
• Must read/write and understand written and verbal communications; knowledge of safety rules when handling chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep and cleanliness of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas.
• Carry out repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and related trades under supervision.
• Manage work orders and maintain high attention to detail and safety.
