Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Norcross, GA is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain a 135-unit apartment community. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, along with general maintenance to keep residents’ homes safe and comfortable.

This on-site, full-time role offers an hourly rate of $24.00–$27.00, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth. Weekends may be required and on-call rotation for emergencies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus!

• Diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related building components.
